Luis Moreno Needs Severe Punishment For Starving Dog

Luis Moreno of Phoenix Arizona intentionally starved his & exgirlfriends pit bull Wiggles in a very sick & twisted  attempt to get his ex to come back to him after all other attempts have failed.We must make an example of this very  evil & sick individual.Sadly Wiggles the pit bull had to be euthanized.Please sign this petition & share it with others.All this abuse upsets me so much.You can make a difference!!!
