Allow All Gamers to Play the Spider Man Games Not Just Playstaition Owners

Sony has acquired the rights to make Spiderman games and it is frustrating to have a series that all players used to be able to play. Any one without a PS4 is unable to play the classic games that are fun but now we lost the right. I don't want to get rid of all PS4 exclusives just the spider man franchise.
