Fix Unkept Alleyway!

Residents of the 800 block of main street in Sugar Notch have a disgraceful alleyway that looks more like a pathway and not a road. Sugar Notch had a grant from the state to pave the alleyway but a member of the borough's council convinced the rest of the council it was not needed and the grant was lost. The borough should either pave or lay stone down and trim nearby grass and trees so people who would like to use their garages and driveways can.
