Banning users with a young age permanently?

I was recently banned on a Minecraft server. At the time I was 12 years of age and I was doing quite horrible at the game and I really noticed an increase of users hacking so i tried it myself, when I was caught I had been banned for 7 days as a 1st offense. In those 7 days I didn't really think over what i did and usually that's the case in why they banned you but that was 2 years ago for my 1st offense. Then as a second offense I was banned permanently now I made a mistake 1 year later again and its inevitable to make mistakes. Now banning a kid that is 13 doesnt seem fair permanently. I tried making a dispute and talking to every I could to reconsider their minds. I was begging for 2 years ban 1 year ban but I love the community on the server and I completely understand their reasoning to banning me but I bettered myself. When I was perm banned I had bought a new account and kept secret my ban and over the years playing I wasn't banned once. I had bettered myself and even know they found me and banned me permanently and I'd like to start a petition because banning kids at a young age isn't right in my mind. I think that I should at least be banned for 1 year or 6th months for what I've done but not permanently their banning system is quite inefficiently made
