Remove junk from Recycling Plant

The establishment customers causes problem with the traffic flow and blocking of traffic east and west bound of trying to get through hope drive off highway 29. The debris is left on the roadway which causes traffic jams and damage to people tires. The junk is stacked so high it is a hazardous and people feel it might spill over to their vehicles.
