We are a family sports restaurant creating a happy and welcoming environment. In order for us as employees to be able to present with this appearance we need to feel comfortable in how we look and feel while at the job. We are a higher class restaurant and business then your local barbecue stop. And we are trying to promote and upsell better than our competitors such as Bubbas and Buffalo Wild Wings. Which both have turned to jeans which is a relaxed and unprofessional appearance.
