We would like to propose a way to have less construction zones in yuma. By having our construction workers working a night shift it will allow there to be more work done at a more efficient rate. If construction workers were to work at night it would be safer due to a less amount of traffic, it would be just as if not more effective, they'll be able to get more done and, there will be less rerouting for the people driving.
