Justice for Snoop

Snoop, a five month old pit bull puppy, was starved for a month and then left to die on a Wisconsin sidewalk.  This petition is intended to show that thousands seek the maximum penalty for his abusers.  They should not get a light sentence for such a heinous act.  The only way to show animal abusers that we will not stand for their behavior is to make our voices heard!
