Now is the time for action!
A widespread ban has to be imposed to ensure our coastline is no longer used as a dumping ground. Some people may think I am being unrealistic, but the only way to bring about change is by imposing fines like those used on our streets for littering.
Please act now and sign my petition asking the Prime minister Teresa May to take action as soon as possible.
