let's end hositle work environment of bullying in the workplace! who will stop the silence?

I loved my work at one time it gave me total satisfication. To care for those men and women served our country. Now every day I feel I am going to battle to save my own life. A hostile work environment robbed me of the passion, trust, and safe work environment. where I was threaten by another employee with an ink pen motion to the right of my eye in a fast stabling motion. I thought going to my immediate manager the problem would have been resolved instead it became worse. Although I reported it in a timely matter to my leadership, i felt no action was taken because it will be a year and no resolution.
