Promote Public University Online Degrees For High School Students

Students can be more goal oriented and have the opportunity to save money instead of being on a physical campus.  There are also competency degrees which are self-paced.  While being high school students they all have a better chance of getting full financial aid for any university.  Instead of traveling half way around the world for a name brand degree, a student should have the resources made available to earn one where ever they are without the worry of tuition increases or unaffordable lifelong learning.
