Protect your body from unconstitutional seat belt enforcement

Sign this petition to halt overtime pay going to law enforcement officers operating in the interest of bureaucrats with deep pockets while average citizens are fined for exercising personal choice. Citizens 18 and older interested in protecting civil liberty and reducing government control over individuals need to sign this petition specifically to demand that police not place roadblocks with the specific purpose of checking for seatbelts as a primary offense.
Seatbelt laws are used to enforce a policy that infringes upon personal liberty for the primary purpose of generating revenue.  In fact, the most common arguments in favor of fines include reduced expenses to society and greater funding for public services. Federal funding has been granted for enforcement of these policies distributed to compliant states.  Sections 402, 405, and 408 regard state highway safety grants.  It is a fact that Americans have generally accepted policy as it is presented.  We have become complacent in our own defense.

New Hampshire is the only state that continues to refuse seatbelt enforcement policy.
"There is a body of law that states a person has the right to refuse any personal health care device, drug treatment, or surgery, even if such refusal might result in an earlier death or an increase in medical expenses. All seat belt laws violate that right, that is, to freely choose to use or not to use a “health care” seat belt. Any medical professional attempting to do the same would be prosecuted, yet politicians claim they can ignore the law while demanding strict compliance from the private sector."(http://freekeene.com/2007/03/26/nh-seatbelt-laws-who-owns-your-body/)
There will be many arguments in favor of seatbelt enforcement.  Many will be logical and well-composed, perhaps with statistical figures and high moral grounds.  We(sponsors) are not opposed to seatbelt usage.  THEY CAN SAVE LIVES.  However, we aim to protect the public interest in regards to liberty and freedom from oppression, now and in the future.

In short, we, the people, request a repeal of all state laws that require enforcement of seat belt usage for adults, defined as 18 years of age.  We do not wish to be penalised for exercising the traditional American value of free will. We prefer instead that education be implemented as positive reinforcement of a good behavior.
