Keep Dr. Martuge at Highlands Middle School

Dr. Martuge, school psychologist, is being transferred again for reasons not made clear to parents or students. When she was transferred from White Plains HS to Highlands, parents and students were told that she would be at the middle school and follow our children from 7th grade through 8th. Now they are transferring her again. Please, Dr. Ricca, keep your word and keep Dr. Martuge at Highlands.
