Demand to end human rights abuses in Bangladesh. Girls have been raped whilst campaigning for road safety!

Citizens of Bangladesh need international coverage!

A few days back, school-going students were killed by a reckless bus driver in a road accident.

Transportation in Bangladesh has always been unsafe, and death tolls continue to pile up. School students have started a movement for safe roads and transportation rules. They have been very respectful in their protest. The students have successfully launched a revolution. They now spend tireless amount of hours on the road voluntarily to maintain traffic safety, inspecting the roads for illegal drivers, creating an emergency lane, (something I have personally never seen in Bangladesh) and overall improving the traffic of the country.

Their demands to the government are for safe transportation and appropriate legal actions to be taken against the perpetrators.

However, this peaceful protest was answered by assaults, murder and rape of the students. Police have started assaulting students on the road as well.

GIRLS HAVE BEEN BRUTALLY MOLESTED AND RAPED. A STUDENT OF ONLY GRADE 5 HAS BEEN FOUND DEAD. YOUNG SCHOOL-GOING PROTESTERS ARE BEING FOUND DEAD. THERE WAS OPEN FIRING ON THE PROTESTERS BY BANGLADESH POLICE.

Why has finding illegal vehicles, drivers, and an attempt to create a better city by the young kids lead to such violence?

This looks like a message to the young generation to stay out of the country's future, and to ensure corruption stays untouched.

We, the citizens of Bangladesh, urge the entire world and the UN to take rapid steps against this genocide and these autocratic activities. Human rights are being massively violated! Many innocent lives are at stake.
