Save lives of babies/ children have ALL parents to recieve basic 1st aid training!

On Saturday 5th February 2016 my daughter passed out from a serious illness while sitting in her bath chair resulting in her becoming grey and floppy with blue lips. Luckily I am 1st aid trained so I knew to do 5 rescue breaths and start compressions. I revived her / saved her life before the paramedics got there (18 mins) what would have happened if I had not have known that is unthinkable.

Can you imagine of that was your baby or your sibling or cousin or friends baby and they look like my baby all hooked up at the best but what about the worse case!

We can save babies lives with this!!!

You never think anything will happen to you but what if it does! 
I therefore think ALL parents should receive basic 1st aid training at least cpr from either the midwife or the hospital before you go home with baby (s)
