Miriam Obando Fickas has been out of the country, for 8 years, i need my family back in the USA, I am a veteran, 8years is enough, bring her home now, even criminals get good time, she stayed too long, but SHE WENT BACK, and we are trying to get her back the legal way, I cant wait anymore I am missing my boy grow up.
Dear Mr. President, My Name is David G. Fickas, I am married to Miriam Obando Montero Fickas, and we have 3 kids born in Denver Colorado. I married my wife in 2001, she came here from Costa Rica with her husband on a tourist visa, he got her pregnant and left her in Colorado with no way to get back home, long story short, I met her and fell in love with her and the 2 kids, in 2005 we had our first child together, I found out she was illegal, told by a judge to leave years before I met her, so I did what was right and took her out of the country, brought her back home to Costa Rica, I filed a I-130 to get her back in the USA and was denied at the embassy in CR. She has been in CR since June 28th 2006, I was told she has a 10 yr bar to re-entry, she has completed 8. Mr.President even criminals get good time on a sentence, my wife is not a bad girl, she just stayed too long, I want her back, my kids are all with her as it is financially impossible for me to make it in a country that speaks Spanish, I have been supporting my family on 15 bucks a hour for the last 8 years, Mr President I am a Veteran, all my kids are citizens, PLEASE let my wife come back, I cant wait another 2 yrs plus a extra year for the paperwork..I am begging you to help me.
