Demand the Needle Exchange Be Shut Down

The needle exchange may have good tendencies, but it is also condoning to drug use, as long as your using sterile equipment. I feel if we continue the needle exchange, the number of over doses will rise to an all time high. We need to stop this so our children don't grow up thinking it's OK to shoot up drugs as long as you have clean equipment.
