Destruction of more publicly owned spaces

Once again someone has come up with an idea to take away one of our publicly owned open areas and pass it to a private organisation.the Winston Churchill memorial park was built in memory of the British prime minister who guided the country during the Second World War,and should remain as such.there are too many cases of public land being sold or passed over to private management and this practice has to stopped.Find somewhere else to build the botanical garden,not here.
