Petition to Deny Parole for Sean A Michaud



  1. In early February of 2004, Ashton Orion Bass was murdered by Sean A. Michaud.
    Ashton was only 15 months old at the time of his death. A helpless toddler, just beginning to say a few words, such as mommy and bubbles. We miss him very much, and his mother has not fully recovered from the shock of the tragic and senseless loss of her son.
  2. Sean finally went to trial and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, after walking around free on bond for over 2 years awaiting trial. Sean is up for parole in November, 2009 after serving less than 3 years for the murder of an innocent child.  Most of that time was in a county jail and not in a real prison.
  3. Please help keep this baby killer in jail by signing this petition.

We the undersigned are requesting "The Arkansas Board of Parole" to deny parole for Sean A. Michaud (ADC#136072).

We believe the time served to date is not sufficient punishment for taking the life of an innocent child. We pray that you will not allow Sean Michaud to be paroled and possibly hurt another child.
