Tell Nickelodeon's iCarly to STOP wasting food!

,I do believe everyone has heard of Nickelodeon's hit show " iCarly " starring Miranda Cosgrove, as Carly Shay where she and her two friends Freddy and Sam have a web show that they do outrageous and semi funny skits on.

Well it has come to my attention that this show as well as quite a few other shows on Nick waste LARGE amounts of food, I've seen everything from spaghetti noodles to eggs, cheese,pizza,cup cakes, marinara sauce,bagels,water melon, chicken, tacos,pies,cheese burgers,fries and that's just to name a few. If I really had to guess I would say this particular show alone probably waste $100 or more per episode on food. As of March 19,2011 there is a total of 79 episodes which means for example they have wasted $7.900 in food, which means if you donated a $1 a day to an organization that would help feed 7,900 people or one person 7,900 times; you get the idea.

The TV show wastes too much food for entertainment. Other third world countries are full of starving children, and the US is fortunate enough to avoid that in most countries. However, this TV show makes it seem OK to waste food for entertainment, and I feel it is unfair for the starving children in poorer countries. - Miaoru, sunnyside, NY

I feel as though Nick needs to come up with some type of "prop" food or at least donate just as much as they waste because honestly its disgusting to me knowing that there are so many starving people in the world yet these kids waste food for fun. So maybe if enough people sign this petition we can make some change on this issue!
