Involuntary fathers parental rights to be terminated

The reason I would like Joes parental rights to be terminated is that 1. He is serving 3 15 year consecutive sentences for 1st degree rape with a minor under the age of 13. Joe is the father to my two youngest children Alexander Francis Thomas Arguello and Alyssa Lee Arguello. He obtained the three charges on my older children from my previous marriage. Abigail Marie Denekamp.
Joe and I lived together for four years. During the four years he had built sexual relationships with my three older girls. All three girls had to testify with unfortunately the jury only finding him guilty with my youngest of the three. The sexual abuse started when my girls were 6,7, and 8. It ended when they were 10,11, and 12.
