Call 911 or be charged

So many of our people dying from drug overdose people at the seen either flee or wait to clean up the scene when they could of called for help an just maybe saved their life this happend to my only daughter who died from fentnyl her boyfriend left her lay around six hours before reporting her death and never called 911 this needs to stop they need to serve jail time for neglect of a human being in distress!
