Save Alabama low-cost spay/neuter clinics

Overpopulation of dogs and cats in this state is a serious problem-one that costs taxpayers money and also endangers their health.  Animal shelters in this state are inundated with litters from owners who cannot afford to have their pets spayed or neutered. These clinics must remain open to help solve this problem!! Special interests groups are influencing our politicians to vote to close them and we need them!
