LEGALIZE MARIJUANA IN THE UNITED STATES

I believe everyone age 21 and over would benefit from Marijuana medical and for recreational use, I also believe it would help lower the United States Deficit.
I'm hoping to get enough signatures that could finally change a law on a federal basis and finally make Marijuana legal like some other country's. Don't let the United States be the only country left in the dark ages.
