For the immediate attention of our Town Council of Pinetop-Lakeside.
We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens and area residents whom urge our leaders to act today in our interests and the interest of our town as a whole, by taking the action of denying both the Amendment of the "Town General Plan" and the Rezoning of R-Low Parcels that is before you today concerning Lake Pointe Gated Estates, located on White Mountain and Show Low Lake Roads due to its non-compliance to the Voter Approved General Plan.
We also believe that the project as a whole was not properly scrutinized by the Town Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the "Environmental Impact" and "Traffic Safety" issues.
