WE DEMAND JUSTICE FOR MARY JONES!

Rand may , attacked raped and murdered 16yr old Mary Jones. he is up for parole in august and the state is saying he has paid for his crimes, however if he goes free not only will he have the opportunity to start life on the outside which Mary WILL NOT, he will have the chance to do this again! the only payment for a crime such as this is death but if not that then LIFE in prison is the next acceptable punishment.
