marijuana charges dropped for those serving prison sentences

There have been many people charged with marijuana possession or selling. It is now legal to do both in some states. The government arbitrarily makes things legal or illegal as they choose, this is not the will of the people they serve. I also believe is racially slanted for or against black and white people whether it be determined legal or illegal. I and other want the U.S. Government to stop this now!
