For to many years, this kind of abuse has been going on and, the laws have to put a sting for those that will conduct such a evil act. Like Mother Against Drunk Driving (M.A.D.D.) that made the laws so strict...that driving drunk is a felony. The laws can be just as strong! Please! Please! Please! Do this for those who cannot speak or run away, cornered or did not see it coming!
