The People's Demand for Term Limits

When the citizens' voice is nothing in the ears of lifelong elected officials, it's time for change.  The aim of this petition is not to remove one party or another.  Rather, it's to give the voice back to the citizens of the United States.  Those in the House and Senate have forgotten whom they serve.  The goal of term limits is to disallow long term positions in our, elected government positions.  This allows for new ideas and a fresh perspectives rather than the 20, 30, 40+ year official.  No matter your party affiliation, every U.S. citizen can see what a lifelong membership in the federal government can bring.  It's time for change, it's time for Term Limits.
