Stop Animal Hoarding, NOW!

Today there are many animal hoarders that can have over 50 animals in one house hold. My goal is for these animals to live a better life instead of being cramped in one tiny place and I want to also keep the health of a human satisfactory. I know of this because I have seen many things similar to this and I want to see these animals live a better life instead of being caged up for their entire lives.
