Stop dipnetting on the kenai

Every year these folks ascend onto our peninsula and destroy our beaches and attempt to decimate our salmon numbers. This has to stop before there are no salmon for anyone to enjoy. There's also the fact that our peninsula isn't made to house such a large amount of people....accidents on the over crowded roads are constant, locals in ther daily routines are destroyed . Some losing jobs due to being late for work because it takes them over 45 minutes to get on the highway.....the cons just far outlay the pros....please ....help me put a end , even if temporary, to this cancer known as dipnetting......this can only go on so long before we ruin everything.....
