Kristi Noem, Homeland Security Secretary who knows nothing about homeland security, has sent a video to the nation's airports of her attacking Democrats for the government shutdown. And she wants it played in airport security lines, so hapless travelers from around the globe will have no choice but to watch her idiocy.
But multiple airports are refusing to do it, including Las Vegas, Portland, and 3 in NYC (and possibly many more). They are objecting to the video's absurdly partisan message, and the fact that it is likely illegal (violation of the Hatch Act).
Good for them for doing the right thing, in spite of MAGA shouting, and let's let them know that we stand with them.
Please add your name, and join us in saying "We thank the airports who have refused to play Noem's video, and urge others to join them."

And there's more! (update from CNN & Daily Kos) "According to CNN, airports declining to air the overtly political video include Las Vegas' Harry Reid International Airport, Portland International Airport, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and several in New York. Officials in Cleveland, Los Angeles, and Phoenix also told The Washington Post that playing the clip could violate internal rules against political messaging--and even state or federal law."
