Schmidt and Priaulx to lead MACTAC 2019

MACTAC 2019 can only be truly successful if done under the guidance and leadership of these two uniquely qualified and energetic individuals. Once this petition reaches 18 signatures, I will forward it Captain Lohr and he will be unable to deny not only our request but also the reasoning behind it.
