Mayor Hall is requesting the state of Indiana to give him a grant to buy up and demolish all the homes in the Pleasant Ridge Subdivision to make way for town homes, condos, and restaurants. $25,000 is what the state will give per home. Our Mayor says he will count on businesses in the area and anonymous donors to give residents fair market value on their homes. What do homeowners do that don't or can't sell their property.
