Demand faster Internet from Spectum

Ever since  Time Warner changed to Spectum the Internet is slower and more expensive. It keeps buffering and I have to restart my phone or computer for internet to work again for a little while. I am paying for the highest speed the same amount I used to get for both Internet and cable together with Time Warner.  I hear people having the same problem. I would like to get everyone who has this problem to sign for an Spectum Internet investigation and have the Internet fixed and to stop sending their workers that have no idea what they are doing.
I just want to be able to get what I'm paying for.
