2/2 rotation affective immediately

We the Coeur Alaska employee's need to go back to the 2/2 schedule, we understand the risks involved with covid 19, we feel a test on day one of the rotation done at camp is critical to our health. We also understand that the life to work balance is mandatory for camp health. The 4/2 schedule is not working for us and a 2/2 rotation needs to be put back into affect immediately.
