Restore mental hospitals Reagan closed to handle homeless, gun terrorists and crazies.

President Regan closed almost all the mental hospitals that provided a place for the crazy homeless, the drug users, and the gun terrorists. If we had them back there would be a safe place for these people to be and the public would not have to deal with them.
