We demand that the government makes it a legal requirement for all Public Security Cameras, along with signs that depict such cameras, be fitted with googly eyes, facing in the direction that the cameras are facing. Scientific studies have shown that the average criminal is 69% less likely to commit a crime upon noticing a camera, but 420% less likely upon seeing a camera with googly eyes attached. These googly eyes create a psychological feeling of wariness and fear, as proven by studies by an anonymous organisation.
