Recently our former band director Ms. Steed was forced to retire against her will. Now we, the band kids, want to make sure that the Humble High School Military Marching Band is preserved. We are worried because there have been rumors that people are trying to change everything that we stand for, instead of reinforcing the traditional ways that we have learned to love.
If this change happens; it will completely destroy everything that we and those in the past have worked for in 75 years of tradition. This won't only hurt the program, but the kid's morale and wellbeing. It would also mean that the school would somehow receive thousands of dollars to "reconstruct" it. Where is the money when we need it most? Many believe that the band program would be cheated out of the full amount too.
Help make Mr. Roberts head band director. He is the man to keep the Honor, Intergrity, and Loyalty that the band stands for. He's the only choice because he is an excellent mentor and well-rounded person that brings out the best in the kids.
