how can the laws prohibiting the use of marijuana be allowed??? they go against the popular vote, they go against the constitution, that guarantees the pursuit of happiness.

Legalize mariguana for ALL users over 18. why not, it will stop criminals from running the show as they do now, lets put them out of business. people are going to smoke it no matter what, so let us use our common sense. why make criminals out of everyday citizens. it is not a drug that causes aggressive and abusive behavior, such as alcohol. get with it, florida stand up for your righs!!!!
