Find and prosecute those monsters who put a firecracker into a cat´s mouth and lit it in Algeria!!!

The cat´s been thrown away in a cardbox like trash afterwards, her jaw´s broken and the left eye´s bulging out of her little head, it´s unclear if she´ll survive, those bastards who did this have to found and prosecuted, please pray for the poor cat, too!!! I can´t store the horrible pic I saw of the cat in a very, very bad condition on my laptop, maybe it´s better this way...
