Gilmour Grievance

This Petition is to address the prolonged exposure experienced by both my Child & I to tactical surgical abuse, Torture, & Poisoning for a period now approaching 10 Years. We have been denied any and all access to competent medical care and legal aid of any kind. We have been denied access to our local, State and Federal Courts. We have become the targeted victims of Department of Defense and Private Defense Contractors. We have been surgically abused and used for demonstrations of invasive medical devices and chemical agents known to be extremely inhumane, caustic and toxic by the FDA. We have been poisoned each and every single day 365 days a year for a period now approaching 10 Years. We have been tortured by surgical abuse and chemical agents without our direct consent. We are calling upon our U.S. Senate to authorize fund and fulfill a full scale investigation in answering whom it is that is responsible for our situation. We are demanding answers as to the names and ranks of each and every single individual whom has come into contact for any reason with our physical bodies without our authorized consent to further escalate this brand of inhumanity, poisoning, torture and surgical abuse. We are demanding this information be made public so that we secure a Permanent Cease & Desist Protective Order from any and all Parties whom should hope to carry a Contract upon us without our direct authorization and consent. We are requesting that the U.S. Senate authorize the FDA Surgeon General to appoint a qualified Medical Examiner to perform a thorough Assessment of My Child & I, Maxeine Gilmour & Carl Gilmour, our physical, mental and spiritual condition. We are requesting that the Surgeon General be allowed to appoint individuals from the World Health Organization & World Medical Association as Independent Agencies to perform Independent examinations with which to compare relevant facts and medical opinions obtained from each of these assessments. I am requesting that the U.S. Senate authorize the F.B.I and Department of Justice to issue a report of the offending agencies & parties that have funded, participated, and initiated these acts of Domestic terrorism upon us. We are requesting that a detailed report listing each and every name / rank of Surgeon, technician, citizen or otherwise whom has had any involvement in the acts of Domestic terrorism that have been deployed upon my Child & I for these 10 years to Date.
