Tell OSHA to clamp down on companies physically abusing employees
OSHA, in failing to seriously look at companies like Home Depot, which have the highest track record of hurting employees along with Walmart, is effectively KNOWINGLY creating major tax liabilities in the future for American taxpayers who will be saddled with thousands of workers injured or even killed directly or indirectly as a result of poor work planning and reckless scheduling on the part of high level management who know better. In addition, corporate lawyers assist these companies in the abuse and deliberate endangerment of worker safety.
Companies such as these force workers to work in capacities which assure further injury to the employee and to face harassment by their peers even with proper medical documentation of the health concerns. Many of the initial injuries such as musculoskeletal trauma, back injuries, knee, foot and leg injuries are brought on simply by lack of caring by management at the highest levels in these companies who demand their agendas be done even if itmeans crippling employees for life.
You the taxpayer will have to foot the bill to support many workers who become disabled and are forced to apply for SSDI. One day workers may be killed as a result of exhaustion
