Demand for GoFundMe to Withhold their cut for George Floyd

Out of every donation GoFundMe has a fee of 2.9% and a 30 cent charge for every donation. These fees go directly to their payment processor. That means if a campaign raised $1,000 through 10 donations of $100 each, GoFundMe would collect about $32. As of 6/3/2020 at 1 pm the George Floyd family has raised $11,760,600. That means GoFundMe would profit thousands of dollars. If you are unaware who George Floyd....On May 25, 2020, George Floyd, a 46-year-old black man, died in Minneapolis, Minnesota after Derek Chauvin, a white officer with the Minneapolis Police Department, pressed his knee to Floyd's neck for almost nine minutes while Floyd was handcuffed face down on the ground. The whole situation was recorded and posted on all platforms. At this time I am asking you to sign this petition to have GoFundMe not remove their cuts!
