We need Safe Riding Trails for our Horse community riders!

Our horse community used to be allowed to utilize the Moon Valley Nursery in Riverside, Ca. for horseback riding trails and walking our dogs and it was perfect as it was safe as there was no traffic to bother our horses and dogs as we walked. Unfortunately due to a law suit Moon Valley Nursery has forbidden people to use their property. We have tried riding on the dirt road of Hermosa and it has been quite dangerous as a couple dogs have been killed and one horse has been hit as the traffic doesn't follow the speed limit signs and there is no barrier to separate the horses from the traffic. We would love for the city to provide safe riding trails in Riverside like the ones they have in Norco and Woodcrest for the horse riding community here.
