Scrap the Foreign Aid budget.

Tax payers money is being squandered on dubious projects and in hostile countries. This country is in desperate need of this wasted money, it could be used to get the care crisis sorted out and also to shelter homeless people who are sleeping on our streets. There are hundreds of things this county needs to help us to face a very uncertain future.
