Oppose the City of Emporia Curbside recycle Service "Forced Fee" on everyone

Those who do not want to pay for a service they can't afford, use or want should sign this petition, in order to bring this issue to a vote of the people and not bow down to the "Forced Fee/Tax/Will" of the Few.
Do not let the FEW dictate/force their WILL/WISHES/WANTS upon the many who may not or can not afford to pay for the WANTS of the FEW!
It is time to stand up for your rights as a citizen and taxpayer and end the DOMINATION/RULE of the FEW in our Local City Government.
