Keep Jay Melton at Walmart

Jay Melton has worked as a greeter at Walmart for almost 17 years. He also lives with Cerebral Palsy and can't walk without assistance. According to his father, what Jay loves most is watching Carolina basketball, going church, and working at Walmart.

But Walmart has decided to change its "greeters" into "customer hosts." This means that the job now requires the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25-pound parcels, check receipts, write reports, and help with product loss investigations. Jay's disability doesn't allow him to do these things. So that means that he could soon lose his job when the changes go into effect.

Sign this petition to tell Walmart to let Jay Melton keep his job.
