Being Cruel isnt cool; Stop violence against animals

Many people may use animals in negative and cruel ways such as making them fight, test any drugs on and in general just be cruel to them once they loose patience and get bored of them. In addition, many people who have history of crimes and violent behavior should not be allowed to own a pet as there is a chance the person can mistreat the animal.
