When families of immigrants cross the border into the United States, they have nowhere else to go. Often this treacherous journey will be made without "proper" documentation; however, attaining U.S. citizenship is horrendously difficult and expensive. Also, many persons seeking asylum have to make a traumatic choice, because of violence and oppression in their homelands: immigrate illegally or die. When immigrant families risk their lives crossing the U.S. border, they seek shelter, employment, and peace. The Immigrations and Customs Enforcement are mindlessly enslaving innocent children for the sake of political profits. They are even responsible for many tragic deaths, such as the father that killed himself because he could not handle the agony of knowing that his family was being tortured by murderous wretches. Sign this petition to demand that peaceful immigrant families are treated with humility, and that all of the idiots responsible for the horrible zero tolerance immigration policies are severely punished for their crimes against humanity!
